Change of mind for online purchases
For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before that period expires. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling.
Return condition and costs
Please take reasonable care of the goods. You may inspect them as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct return cost unless Emerald Rozalia agrees otherwise. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we refund payments due under Irish consumer law, including the cost of our least-expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra amounts paid for upgraded delivery are not included in the statutory cancellation refund.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
Your statutory rights are separate from change-of-mind rights. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract, remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination/refund depending on the circumstances.
Personalised and made-to-order goods
Some statutory exceptions to the cooling-off right apply, including certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. These exceptions do not remove statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods.
Request a return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and request. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under Irish consumer law.
